From tofu to organic ice cream, Harmony has something for everyone! Choose from our extensive selection of fresh organic and locally grown produce, organic and natural meats, fresh breads, fine cheeses, and our own deli fresh daily foods. You don’t need to be a member to shop at Harmony, and there’s no single “right” way to eat. Just remember if there is a question you have or a product you need – we are here to help you! Harmony is a cooperative business that offers the freshest and finest quality food available. We believe that the purity, wholeness, nutrition and flavor of food contribute to the quality of life. Whenever possible, we offer food produced by the organic method (food grown without synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides).
We aim to be an excellent provider of top quality foods in a full-line grocery setting. We share an awareness of the health cultural and environmental consequences of food choices with our shoppers.
