Who Can Use Harmony’s Community Kitchen?

Well, it’s a community kitchen, so YOU can!

As the name implies, Harmony’s Kitchen was created with the needs of this Community in mind. Like the many other Community Kitchens popping up across the United States, the goal of the Kitchen is all about building a viable, sustainable, and equitable local food system using the resource-rich creativity of the region. In Harmony’s case, the objective of The Kitchen is threefold: first, to give local food producers, artisan bakers, chefs and caterers a space in which to create certified, value-added and shelf-stable local foods; second, to offer a classroom space in which cooking classes, skills-building workshops, and nutrition education programs can be held; and third, to offer individuals, organizations, business or civic groups, and families a place to gather together to process the bounty of this region in a large, clean, fully-equipped Kitchen.
